My name is Sinésio Fernandez Dos Santos Couceiro. I'm 20 years old and I live in Aveiro, Portugal.
My interest in web design and development stemmed from my passion for gaming when I was just 13 years old. I began playing with gaming fansites at the time and began trying new tools, coding by myself and learning more about the web.
Currently I'm taking a 1st cycle degree called New Communication Technologies at Universidade de Aveiro. It's a dream come true. This is where I belong and it's just the first step, there's much to do for my ideal career path.
Outside university I've worked with some Portuguese gaming communities and cloud services where I've polished my skills.
While freelancing, I focus all my efforts on creating innovative and clean design solutions for my clients. I have a solid grasp and like to use several different technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, and also like to work with frameworks like Phaser and content management systems like WordPress.

I usually charge on an hourly or daily basis, but I can also set a fixed price depending on the type of work.
Setting up a monthly retainer is also an option but it needs to be discussed.
As you can see I have also started a lot of projects, so I know what you need to get into the web with the right foot forward.
I know that sometimes it's difficult to get a good website or app when you're starting, considering the budget is usually low.
